New floors - use medium grit to level floor and finish-off with fine grit sandpaper. Vacuum and tack with lint-free towel dampened with water or mineral spirits.

Application:

Following surface preparation, apply one coat of sealer with recommended applicator. For porous surfaces, apply two (2) coats of sealer. Always work with the grain. Apply continuously and always start and stop where the floor and the wall intersect. Let dry 1 hour. Buff with used 120 grit screen or maroon pad.
