Product Description and Uses:

Schwartz Rez-N-Glue #1 is a heavy-bodied adhesive suitable for polystyrene foam, fabric, and paper.

It is also used in the arts and crafts industry as general-purpose glue.

Suggested Uses:

For bonding polystyrene foams, fabric, paper and other arts and crafts materials.

Dry Time:

For maximum strength, do not disturb bond for 24 hours to allow complete cure.

CAUTION - cold temperature, high humidity, or lack of airflow will prolong dry times.

Surface Preparation:

Surface to be bonded must be clean, dry and contaminant-free.

Ambient Conditions:

Use only when ambient conditions are 18°C to 30°C and RH = 40 - 60%.

Application:

Apply adhesive on one surface to be bonded using brush or tongue depressor-type applicator.

Bond while in wet condition.

Allow to dry undisturbed for 1-2 hours.

Be careful when handling bonded materials that has not been dried for 24 hours.

Allow to completely cure for 24 hours to achieve maximum strength.

Storage:

Store indoors at room temperature, away from heat, ignition sources, open flames and direct sunlight.

Warning:

Use in a well-ventilated area.

AVOID sparking, use non-sparking tools.

Avoid open flames, turn off all pilot lights, ensure that work area is properly ventilated.

Soiled rags and waste products may contain combustible liquids or vapours, dispose in accordance with local regulations.
