Product Description and Uses:

Schwartz Special Thinner is a high quality solvent blend used as reducer/retarder for lacquer finishes based on nitrocellulose and acrylic where a medium-evaporating retarder is required.

4T223 evaporation rate is between 4T175 and 4T100.
